I have just received my nice new gauges, and want to know if anyone has a recommendation for the best location for the sender units. On the Impreza I fitted the Oil Pressure sender on a T-piece with the original OEM sender, can I do this on the IS?

Again, on the scoob I bought a sump plug which was pre-threaded for the temp sender. Is there a recommended position for it?

Thanks in advance for suggestions/help

Edit: Forgot the obvious, can someone confirm the thread size for the OEM Oil Pressure sender switch, and the thread size of any aperature suitable for the temp sender?

I had a oil temp gauge - and I basically bought an adaptor and replaced the sump plug with the sender - worked a treat.
