Shopping around for tyres for the new wheels... think i'm going for Goodyear Eagle GSD3s..

anyone used them, any comments?

I ran a set for 30K on my previous IS.

I liked them - plenty of grip, fairly quiet, look nice and particularly good in the wet.

As above nothing really too fault them on i dont drive really fast and have found no loss of grip yet!!

Im just waiting for a little snow and then the fun can really begin!!

Money well spent on these tyres.

Did alot of research before buying my new set of tyres and these Goodyears along with the Toyo T1-R's seem to be widely regarded as the best performance tyres you can get for the car!

Can not wait to get my GSD3's on the car!

Gotta GSD3s on th back of my Gs300-2 - I'm delighted with them - much quiter than the old GSD2 - gonna put some on the front when my Potenza PPSO3s get worn

Good so far - done about 20K on them and there's still plenty of life in them (they're on the back though)

The GSD2s wore well too - I'm sure the 3s will be as good

I am getting these for £105 a corner for 225/40/18 from Glossop. You can get them off eBay for £104.99 each in the same size.

The price seems to vary alot for these tyres - my local tyre place wanted £160 a tyre!

225/35/19 for the fronts and 245/35/19s for the rears. Cheapest is £144 per corner shipped from johnsons Tyres.
