The part on my key where the to hung a key ring is broken. Where can I get a new key housing apart from a dealer?

A guy on E-bay is selling blank lexus keys, A pair for about £13. Not to sure where to have them cut or the cost. It might work out cheaper getting a new key from a dealer.

The keys is working i.e can start the engine, open the boot etc. The only problem is that I can't hung it on any key ring
