i been looking at lots of post of 'rear lights' for is200/300 & notice some people say that later spec or curent is200/300 has darker rear light units fitted as stnandard......but on dark colour cars. & notice other people mentioning 'JDM smoke/dark chrome rear lights' that are fitted to JDM Altezza as standard?

so are these dark rear light units found on later is200/300(on dark colour paintwork) & these JDM dark chrome units the same thing? by looking at the post there seems to be lots of different type!

oh if those JDM dark chrome or smoke(cant remember exact name) rear lights are fitted standard on altezza how comes mine is normal chrome units on my 99 altezza & lot of other altezza pics i seen?

Not sure about why this is the case, perhaps they have been changed for a reason, but they are not that expensive to buy from the main dealer, i did this not so long ago, and it really transformed the look of the rear of the car.
