Can anybody please tell me the where abouts to either the 'Inlet Air Temperature sensor' is on the engine or an 'Engine Coolant Temperature Senso' is.

I have no idea!!!

But .if you insist on doing it, the air temp sensor is under the airbox

I would have it work the other way. Make it think it's hotter than it is so it reduces the fuel, as Toyotas run rich in open-loop. That is why when a fuel computer is installed and set up correctly you normally get a bit more power and better fuel consumption.
