Lexus Stoke - New Lexus Owner

Hi Folks.

I've been reading with interest all the posts and have just registered. I've recently ordered my first Lexus (IS200 Sportcross) from Lexus Stoke - wondered if anyone has any experiences with that dealership, anything I should look out for etc?.

Also is it just me not being observant, or are there hardly any / no IS200 Sportcrosses on the road - the only one I've ever seen is the showroom model on display when I ordered mine.

yes i do, :tsktsk: lexus stoke is on the a34, so when you come from trentham direction it is closer then hanley

Fair enough ... I've been to both and they're not that far apart in the grand scheme of things. I'd go so far as to say there are very few places whereby you have access to two Lexus Service facilities in such close proximity.. so :tsktsk: there!

I can recommend Lexus Hanley for service... as for Lexus Stoke, only went there to look at a car which I didn't end up buying

i live 4 mls from lexus manchester and 4 mls from lexus stockport :P but i use lexus stockport as there parts dept is better. :) :P

I took my car to Lexus Stoke to have my alloys replaced under warranty. Had no problems at all and they were all very friendly. Would definately go there again.
