I got my renewal yesterday morning from Lexus Insurance, quoting £583.

Comp with PNB.

I called 4 other companies

Privilege quoted £602

Elephant.co.uk quoted £787

A Quote quoted £624

Last one was an internet based company but I called them up

After going over the details and what I get with the policy they quoted me £494

Savings are going toward 4 new tyres

I have an SK postcode and pay double that!

Probably due to 2 claims 2 years ago and not being able to transfer any NCB from a company car scheme 'cos some scrote hit & ran my old company car

never accept the first quote they give

ring them up and tell them your quote

may reduce it rather than loose a customer
