My car is due a service at 80,000. It has had intermediatery services every 10,000. The last one being at 70K.

The last major service at 60,000 was carried out by Lexus Cardiff. I have just telephoned them and they say that the cam belt is not due until 100,000.

Is that correct?

Yes cambelt is every 100,000 miles.
