Gear Knob

The quoting on my IS 200 (Manual) keeps coming off. I have had two replacement gear knobs from Lexus and still not joy. Where can I get a decent one to buy? I've never had a problem on my previous W reg (2000) IS. Current car is 51 plate (Feb 02)

the feel of it is fantastic, extremely well made and solid !

similar to the original, but only in looks
