Tft Screen And Photoshop

Does anyone know why when i use photoshop on my TFT screen the pictures are all dark.. but everythin else is nice and bright

not sure mate, only probs i have sometimes on any of my tft's is the angle im looking at it, makes colours look darker/brighter.

are all the ps toolbars the right colour and whatabout the window around the image, is that dark too?

are they new images you've just got? just installed a new version of ps? or has it just suddenly changed?

is it just photoshop images that look darker on the new screen?

have a look at colour settings mate, you may need to select a new profile to match your new monitor.

The software buttons are the same colour.. just the images i pull in... so when i am working I think the colours look great.. but when i view out of PS the images are then way too light.

steve, go edit/colour settings, its at the bottom above keyboard shortcuts and preferences. have a little play in there with your RGB settings mate, as you rollover each profile a little description comes up at the bottom.
