Nokia 6610 - Forgotten Security Code

The title pretty much says it all!

I can't sell it until I can reset the Security Code as it won't allow other SIM cards to be used! I've tried all my usual codes and passwords and still can't get it!

Any ideas? ;)

Are you sure you changed it?

Try 12345.

if u have nokia data suite ( think thats what its called) or find a copy of it on the net u can use that, but then u need to have the correct cable also.

Yep, deffo changed it RYX! I bought it second hand off eBay and had to call bloke for his code! I changed it straight away to one of mine, just don't know which! I've tried things like 12345 & 00000 and all sorts!

I don't have a copy of the Data Suite for the 6610, (dunno if it is customised for each phone model?) and I haven't got a cable. It's probably not worth buying one either!

I'm gonna try trawling the web for hacks, but they all seem to be for unlocking phones to all networks, I'll keep trying!

some of the all network unlock codes reset the whole phone, and also unlocks the security code too, worth a try i guess
