Paint Work Rubbing Off....

Washed my car yesterday and found the paint was rubbing off into the chamois. Thought I was dreaming so I took a clean white tissue and wiped a small area and found the paint in the tissue.

Colour is Green on a 51 (02) plate.

Should lexus sort this out or its my headache?

if its under warranty or garantee & bought it from lexus then yes i prersume. what part of the paintwork is it coming off.

I guess it depends if it's had any bodywork repair in that area. Seems strange that it would be coming off after 2 years, what you washing it with :eek

Car is under warranty and bought it from Lexus in Guilford. I wased it with turtle shampoo and have it on the same car since May that I bought it.
