As far as I'm aware there is nothing available for the engine internals without getting something custom done.

A while ago TRD328 mentioned about JE Pistons and custom conrods that had been made, see http://teamlexus.co.uk/forums/viewthread.php?tid=1577 for details.

I think some people have had custom cams made for the IS300 in America, since the engine has VVTi I think that cams will be very difficult to do properly.
