Just to give you guys advance notice that we will be releasing a new design of exhaust manifold soon.

The manifolds that we currently offer are good but because we make them in house are probitively expensive for some people, so we have redisigned them to make them easier to be outsourced and cheaper to produce.

The new manifolds will be:

1) Highly polished stainless steel.

2) Made of the correct type and thickness material (no cheap and nasty stuff!)

3) Mandrel bent for internal diameter uniformity

4) High flow collectors

5) Lazer cut flanges

6) Designed and tested by TDi

7) Manufactured at one of the best facilities in the world

8) Fits right and left hand drive cars

We are not releasing the price yet, but my first impressions are that they will be exceptionally competitive even with the US made stuff

There are also plans to make them for the is300 if there is sufficient demand.

Any expressions of interest will be helpful :)

Is there any power gain caused by this manifold?

I would hope so :D

We do have expertise in exhaust flow modelling and pulse tuning so we have a bit of a head start.

Are these manifolds for N/A, or just for S/C Cars?

Are they extended to replace the pre-cats?

Is the manifold diameter matched to the bore of the exhaust port ?

That´s a good question !

Are this tubes design for N/A or S/C applications ? There should be a real difference in design.

They are for both Pete. There is no difference as far as primary pipe dimensions are concerned, between n/a and supercharged engines.

They will remove the pre-cats and will be the correct diameter.

Well in that case, I would be interested to receive a price based on supply only, and another for supply/fit.

Photos would be nice too when available

Will there be a non-polished version available, just in case I decide to go down the route of heat shield wrap ? I cant see the point in buying a bling one if you aint gonna see it !

I don't know yet, but probably not.

When you see it you won't want to cover it anyway ;)
