Well it wasn’t exactly blizzard conditions last night but it was bad enough that the very long uphill road to the local station had several abandoned vehicles on it.  The conclusion?  Don’t go looking for fun in the snow if you have an AWD with All Season Tyres on it because it is boring.  It never flinched at all in the snow, it just drove up and down like a nice summer day.  You can watch the power distribution on the display and it was interesting to see that it had transferred the bias from front to rear. by about 60:40.  The 300h has the new 41HP rear axle on it.
