Hi could anyone please assist.

I’ve had my IS300h sport from new (love it)

however, I do a lot of mile (I’m at 123400)

start a new job in January 25, and have the opportunity to get a new car before then.

only thing I cannot work out is best spec.

f-Sport + Takumi pack

f-Sport + premium plus pack.

which is better.

Personally, I'd skip the F-Sport as it adds nothing other than expensive to repair suspension. An ES just isn't an F-Sport type of car. Its a comfortable mile eater.

F sport looks nice but almost definitely compromises overall ride quality and comfort which i what the ES is all about. 

The takumi has all the bells and whistles, premium plus would be a good compromise.

I changed my NX450h+ in March and got the RX450h+. I rate both very highly but the RX is absolutely superb, extremely comfortable and surprisingly economical with c55mpg achieved recently in HV mode. In pure EV mode 50 miles was the norm over the summer months.

As someone who has had two F Sports and a Takumi, I would say look at the F Sport Takumi. You really can't tell much difference in ride quality, the F Sport dash is nicer plus you get all the Takumi bits you need and none of the bits you don't (I have no need for cooled seats, memory passenger seat, all the gubbins in the back).

John. The ES with premium pack, I feel is a very good choice. Ride is excellent on 18 inch wheels. Do you need all the extras of the Tukumi? Mind you, you will get stung by the extra VED.  All the best with your choice.
