4IS conversion bumper, where to get it from?

So as the title says, where does one buy the 4IS conversion bumper from? I've been looking at 4IS conversions for a while and that bumper just screams for me to get it. I found it on AliExpress but it's really expensive and I don't really trust that it's of any quality other than bad, any plastics I had from AliExpress is one-time use only, then they turn to dust but Ali seems to be the only place that has the version with the fog light bars/strips which is what I'm looking for...

Are there any other places I can get one from or does anyone have one for sale?

You know I reckon most of the people get them from same AliExpress... some may pup-up on eBay, but they still coming from china, perhaps even same seller(s) and... yes they are not cheap... always been around £400, even for mk3 style one. And also they don't fit very well, so expect to have to modify both your car and the bumper... mostly cutting support foam, but may as well require crash bar "modification".

Fair enough, might need to find a seller that might accomodate a different value for better fees and as you might remember the car has some missing bits at the front, including the foam and I recently bought a pair of 2009+ headlight bumper brackets which apparently fit the 4is bumper better.

Anyway, I was mainly thinking there's a Japanese seller that people buy from in containers and I could chip in, in one but I guess I'll just have to look for it on Aliexpress.

I don't believe there was ever Japanese seller for such parts. Reason - I don't believe it would be really acceptable from perspective of Toyota/Lexus as they would see it as trademark issue... or copy of their design. So I may be wrong, but I believe it has always been only chinese sellers.
