Sky Glass

Has anybody else got a Sky Glass TV? What are your experiences of it?

We have had one for over six months and in that time it crashes frequently. Even to the point that early on Sky replaced it with a new TV but the new one still does it. Sky say it is the Wi-Fi signal not being fast enough but we have full fibre to the house, then it is connected via an Ethernet cable. The TV will crash with the picture freezing or horizontal lines flashing. Only way out is to switch off and on again. It even does it when watching a DVD so it can’t be Wi-Fi. 
It also jumps if watching a long program from the beginning if the program has not finished e.g. F1 race. 
I am now making a note of when it does it and the three times I have recorded so far it is 19:00 in the evening all three times but not every day. 
I am also not too impressed with the whole streaming thing, prefer to record and play back from the Sky+ box we had before. 
Anybody else got Sky Glass or Sky Streaming via puck, are you happy with it or is the whole concept flawed. 
 

Trying to get some feedback before I contact Sky again.

Strangely Enough Paul I Just Got Sky Full Fibre installed on Wednesday And Now None of my Phones In The House will Work...They say I Will Have to Deal with The Problem of Connecting Them...They Can Think Again..They have Caused the Problem so they can Fix it...Been on to the High Command Today And had a Few well Chosen words with Them.....When i Agreed to the installation They assured me my Monthly Bill Would not change And Guess what Its Gone up..No Transparancy with Sky But It Would be in There Best Interest to get me Off There Back....!!!!!
