Lexus Link App or Website for Service Information

Recommended Posts

Is it possible to see service info via the Lexus Link App or Website?

I tried using Lexus's android app and I think the website as well when I got the car but gave up as they were both hassle to use.

Yes, service visits and any maintenance interventions are listed in the app under the relevant card, on my phone it's the first card shown . This in the UK but I can't see why it would be different in your location.

If you find setting up the app a hassle, get your dealership to do it but sometimes one just has to persevere and put in the effort.

Lexus seem to be good with the mechanical stuff but when it comes to software they are pants.  Just logged into My Lexus verified car ownership etc but get this error when trying to access service history details

Service history

Get access to your service history or book a service

Something went wrong while trying to fulfill your request. Please try again later.
