Lexus es300h screen swap

Hello Fellow lexus owners. I Have just bought a 2021 es300h. But it has the smaller screen. To my knowledge i thought all models from 2021 had the big screen as standard but recently have been enformed some fall under having the small screen as standard. I was enquiring if it is worth getting lexus to fit a new screen or buying a screen from a breakers yard and getting it fitted as i have some toyota mechanic freinds. Is it just the case of fitting it and getting it coded or is it a long expensive process and not worth it. I appreciate all replys thank you

It's not just the screen. The nav computer drives it so that needs to be replaced, probably along with the stereo head unit and wiring loom. You won't find a Lexus dealer willing to do that type of modification, and if you were to purchase the items new from Lexus it would probably cost you £6k so DIY and a breakers would realistically be the only viable option.
