RX450h 2021 condensation in rear lights

Got this condensation problem in rear o/s outer light according to Lexus manager caused by muck behind black plastic cap sitting in tail gate recess that I cannot see and his words poke it out using a piece of wire this was a £64000 motor 2021 I don’t think for one minute I should poking anything out come light not covered on warranty been in touch with Lexus uk and awaiting there reply nothing ever mentioned about this is problem Lexus are going backwards customer care out the window not at all imp😡ressed

All cars require care and maintenance. My RX collects muck in the recess in the tailgate, just needs a wipe out when cleaning the car.
