My GS450h electronic suspension

My GS450h is fitted with electronic suspension locate in the trunk under the tool carrier and is driven by a small Battery. Most of the time I have no weight in the trunk or back seat, but when I do after restarting,  the engine block warning light and warning red triangle lights will both come on, after some use and a few stop/starts they will go off. Any ideas on the cause of this please

Do you mean engine management light? The triangle light is related. It just calls your attention to alert you that something is malfunctioning so to take the car to the dealer. It doesnt sound like its a suspension issue unless the display is showing you a specific suspension related error message. Either way theres not much people on here can help with without you first scanning for codes and letting us know what codes the car is throwing. Or sharing the error message tha car is displaying on the dash.
