So long and thanks for all the fish!

It has been a hard choice to move away from the Lexus brand, but after two SC430s and my recently sold UX I have jumped ship.
This forum has been incredibly helpful and the members seem to genuinely want to help(ok not all boomer54!).
So I wish you all safe and happy motoring,I’ll be popping in every now and then to keep updated on everything Lexus.

Thanks Ian

All the best Ian.  I’m curious what might replace your Lexus although if you think it will invite mocking and sniping, that’s fine.  I would hope we’re all sensible enough to respect your decision.

Very best of luck with the new car brand. There doesn't seem to be much choice nowadays as most cars seem to be very similar.  If I was changing from Lexus I would only consider Toyota or Honda because they seem to be the best, most reliable vehicles available at the moment. Unless someone knows differently?  Maybe BYD have some hidden talents and are better that the critics say???

Thank you all for your kind words.

I’m now the owner of a Hyundai Ioniq 5,time will tell if it was a good idea! One thing although I’ve got the top of the range Ioniq 5 the Bose system is not a patch on the Mark Levinson!

Perhaps it’s a Ford Prefect.

Hopefully something a bit better - but the Ford Popular was even more basic and 'orrible than the prefect or the nasty Anglia. Civic R would be a better choice.
