Scratches

Having just come back from Italy where an encounter with an erratic Italian driver put a few scratches on the body work. A couple I can take out with an orbital polisher but the rest look a little too deep.Can anybody recommend a good paint shop in the Surrey area preferably near Thames Ditton/Surbiton?

Phone The local Lexus Dealership and ask For any Recommendations where to take your car ..I'm Sure they will be able to Help..!!!

Might be worth trying some of the "scratch to shine" type companies. Probably cheaper than getting it resprayed.

I would advise maybe trying to touch-up the scratches rather than paint entire panel. Obviously depends on what we describe as a "scratch" here.

The problem with repainted panels is that they always suck, paint is always very soft, also depending on the colour it could be not exact match. So repainting panels is really a last resort.

Thanks for all the advice. I was not thinking of getting the panels resprayed as I agree they never seem to match. I was looking for a good  local"scratch to shine" outfit. Will give Lexus Twickenham a call
