Hi guys, who can save me from unanswered questions? I want to convert my 2012 front grille to the honeycomb F-sport one. Do I need to change my bumper? Or just get the grilles? I live in the UK and would love some pointers on how to go about it

Something I considered, back when we purchased our 2014 but decided to keep it OE. The 2014 I believe is a straight front grill swap with no fitting problems. I think the 2012 is the earlier style front end so a much bigger job I should imagine.

I think this would also constitute a modification that you would need to notify to your insurance company, otherwise you would risk not being covered in the event of a claim.

If it's just the top grille then they look like a straight swap but I cannot be 100% sure because the bumper itself is different.
