New electric suv?

Does anyone know if there is in the pipeline a new Lexus electric suv similar to the RZ but with a decent range as in the  new rumored 620miles Toyota Battery? Thanks.

620 miles would be a good range. In the real world you would probably get 500 miles which is what I would want.

The RZ300E is an absolute shambles from a number of models perspective. Why do car manufacturers insist on so many variations?

Toyota has talked about break through batteries for years now and nothing has been delivered. It's possible they could have something in the next couple of years but I wouldn't count on it, or delay moving away from Toyota/Lexus if you want a competitive EV today.

Yes I would be happy with 500 miles in real world, too.

Not much difference with the RZ300e and having tried my NX, I wouldn't change manufacturer, even with all the software problems. Have to be patient and wait another couple of years, hopefully meanwhile there will be more chargers, lower prices and with a bit of luck the new longer range batteries from Toyota/ Lexus. It has to come sooner or later. Cheers!
