Wire from cabin to engine bay

Hi. 

I'm attempting to install aftermarket 360 camera set on my 2004 LS430. 

Does anybody have any idea how I can fish a wire from the cabin to the engine bay?

In my 2018 RX, behind the glove box, there's a chunky wiring harness that comes through the bulkhead and it's protected by a rubber grommet. I made a little hole in the grommet and got my wire through there.

Can you not piggybank off one of the fuses in the drivers footwell?

Actually need to feed the camera wire through. I've sorted out the power for the camera.
