Background blurred for privacy is fine, but removed registration plate is an issue. Any prospective buyer would want to know that and there is absolutelly no reason to hide it. Now sure - for 2021 car there is no MOT history to check, but for example people would likely want to check if there is no outstanding finance and such. Generally, when selling (or buying) people expect to provide/see registration plate and there isn't really any reason to hide it.
