UX Insurance renewal

A year ago my insurance with Churchill increased by 40% so I was expecting the worst this year. However just got my  renewal e-mail and it's £150 cheaper than last year!  Anybody else's premiums reduced this year? And why?

Both hands and Grab it Comes to Mind Colin..Good deal But A Friend of Mine Was With Churchill And said Claims dept Customer Service was Awefull...Reason I Didn't Even Consider Churchill This Year..!! I Suppose there all Ok Until you Make a Claim..!!! Cheers

Sadly I had to make a claim 18 months ago but Churchill handled it all quite well I thought despite what I'd heard
