P1300 ignition circuit fault code.

Recently purchased a Lexus is200, 1gfe. During buying it car had misfire, I assumed coilpacks wouldn’t rev past 3k, if it does driving car is spluttering and spitting, very little feed back from throttle body. 
replaced 6 coilpacks with working, along with spark plugs that came with the car. 
I have a spare engine + all sensors, if anyone can guide me would be greatly appreciated.

Car idles perfect, will not get past 3k up through the gears. 120k miles on the clock, stamped Lexus/toyota service history until 119. Car hasn’t had hard life

P1300 will trigger a fail safe and will cut fuel at 3,000 rpm to protect itself. This is expected - you need to fix the underlying issue (P1300 related to cylinder 1):
