Is200 p1349 and high reving when normal temperature

As per the title, Is200 p1349 and high reving when normal temperature, also engine shaking and stalls out on occasion. 

SE automatic 1999 car. I have owned the car for 4 years or so and done servicing myself using decent oil, filters,, etc.

Not the ocv (new one tried). Oil is in good condition and enough of it. 

The small gauze filter is clean. No work was done on the car the fault just happened a couple days ago.

Resent the codes but comes back. Wiring looks in good order and all plastic tabs on connectors intact. 

 

I know this has probably been done to death but all I'm finding on the internet is 'replace the ocv'.......

Have you confirmed ir’s not the Oil Control Valve?

Yes, that has been replaced with a new one - same problem.
