Can anyone identify this switch please that I cannot find mention of in the owners manual? It is situated above the boot release and fuel flap release buttons.

Doesn't seem to have sensors!

It is a three position switch with markings of I - 0 - II and the 0 being the default position. it will not stay in the other two positions.

Have tried pushing the switch but unable to see any difference with any of the controls or functions

Thats where I fitted the switch for my front sensors but if you have no front sensors it’s not that. I had to make the hole to fit the switch so as far as I am aware there is no switch fitted there by Lexus normally.

Probably a pole switch. Check the top of the front offside bumper to see if there is one installed. It's a parking aid and works just like an aftermarket power aerial.

New one on me, that space is used for dealer fit front parking sensor switch but as you don’t have them it’s a mystery.

Can you pull /unscrew the switch and trace the wires back ?

Any aftermarket Bluetooth stuff fitted ..like usb cable in glove box ?
