Climate control using Lexus Link+

I am able to pre-warm the cabin of my NX via the app but have yet to find a way to pre-warm the seats and steering wheel (if this is even possible).  I have tried setting the seats and steering wheel to "auto" whilst in the car but this doesn't work.  The app only allows the temperature to be set.  Am I missing something here?  The forum and Google have been able to help so far.

When you select climate control there should be an option to select the heated seats and steering wheel.

I only get the option of setting the temperature.  There are no defrost or heating options when I select climate on my app.

The app seems to have different options for each type of car. Probably one reason it is so flakey.

That is odd. I have all the options available for my 2022 NX350h Premium Plus (using the Android version of the app).

I may try reinstalling the app to see if ghat works.

Reinstalling has not worked so I have contacted Lexus to see if they can help.

Mine is a MY24 NX350h premium plus.

Mine has the options.

apple Iphone - Lexus Link+ version 2.9.0

Mine is the same version number for Android.  I've a feeling it's something I've not done but hopefully Lexus will get back to me to sort out.

Problem solved!!

Went into "My Garage" and deactivated remote services.  Then reactivated again and the defrosting and heating options appeared.  Thanks for your comments as they confirmed I should have had this option on my NX350H.

I've got the options as per @Gaazzared and @hintonwood. 

The only thing it doesn't have is the option to pre-heat the rear seats, but I know I'm being a bit picky there! 

The only issue I have with it is that on mine it only works when it wants to - rather than it working when I want it to. I'd say seven or eight times out of ten it 'swirls' for a minute or so and eventually I get a 'There was an error whilst processing your request...' message. 

I did note this down when it went in for it's second key and locking wheel nuts. I was basically told "Yeah...they all do that. The app isn't very good". 🤷‍♂️

If that happens to me (rarely) I just shut down the app and reopen it. That has solved the issue in the past. Bit like Control/Alt/Delete!
