The good news is that while the satnav is down I don’t get any speed limit warnings! The car is much nicer to drive because I’m focused on the road (including speed limits) instead of looking at the HUD continuously to try to keep my speed 1mph under the limit. Apple CarPlay navigation still works, including directions on the HUD. If it weren’t for the permanent error message on the dials display, I’d be tempted to leave it unfixed :-).

I received a call from my dealer on Friday to say a replacement had been ordered for me too.
