Trickle charging the battery on a 2024 Lexus LC 500

I winter in Florida and do not plan to take my 2024 Lexus LC 500 Inspiration Series. It will sit in a climate controlled garage until next April. What is the best way to install a JMR trickle charger on my car? The Battery being in the trunk is a little different.

I have my LC500 on a trickle charger when I am not going to use it for more than a few days.

I connect via croc clips to the jump start point in the fuse box under the bonnet (+ve) and the engine block (-ve). I generally close the bonnet down onto a pillow resting on the engine so that the gas struts are compressed (their normal state).

This seems to work very well and I still have the original Battery fitted to the car.

The charger charges at 2.5A until the voltage reaches 14.7V holds it at that voltage until the current falls to 250mA and then switches to maintenance mode at 13.8V for the long term.
