How to get alerts for "Tracker" brand S7 tracker on Android?

Hi everyone We had a S7 tracker fitted by Lexus dealer free of charge from the "Tracker" brand. I get alerts when the car starts to my registered email. But isn't it supposed to send alerts to my Android Tracker app as well? I don't get any notifications via the app and have to check emails. From a security view this seems like a flaw as emails are a lot slower than an in-app notification. Any thoughts?
