How to get alerts for "Tracker" brand S7 tracker on Android?

Hi everyone

We had a S7 tracker fitted by Lexus dealer free of charge from the "Tracker" brand.

I get alerts when the car starts to my registered email.

But isn't it supposed to send alerts to my Android Tracker app as well?

I don't get any notifications via the app and have to check emails.

From a security view this seems like a flaw as emails are a lot slower than an in-app notification.

Any thoughts?

Have you given permission for the app to give notifications?

Yes, tried that it doesn't allow me to enable it. Says "All notifications from this app are blocked."

 

Other apps on my phone are generating notifications.
