Best wipers for the 2018 NX300h?

Recommended Posts

As title - I purchased genuine Lexus wipers around a year ago from Lexus parts direct, however they are making an awful noise when in use, therefore i'm thinking they need to change.

Does anyone have any recommendations? Bosch ? or any other brand to look out for?

I had problem after problem with OEM wipers and got through 3 pairs, all 3 pairs split within a period of 6 months! I changed to Bosch and so far they've lasted 18 months... They're not as attractive as the OEM ones (have a big central connector piece) but worth it I think.

I can't find the thread now, and I think it referred to the ES, however there were posters in it that recommended Denso

Thank you all - i'm not sure why the OEMs haven't lasted as long. Strange!

I am not sure Lexus Direct Wipers are OEM. I think they may be after-market. They call them OptiFit.

My OEM wipers are 3 years old, on a car that has done 30k miles and is kept outside 365 days a year - they are still perfect.

Optifit are Toyota / Lexus OEM wipers - had a pair fitted by my Lexus dealer - looking at them probably Denso hybrid just renamed.

Worth cleaning the blade rubber now and again with near screen wash fluid - helps prolong life and stop any streaking due to build up of dirt.
