RC F owners in Derby ?

Well Ive become aware there are now 2 RCF owners within a mile of where I live in Derby (DE73)😯. What are the odds on that?   Are you guys on here?? 

One is white and has some signage for a tuning company I think on the doors. I can hear it run past the end of my street. 😅

The other blue which I've seen parked on a driveway and running up the highstreet.

A bit creepy to go knocking on doors to say hello but I'll 👍 if I see you out.

If all goes well I'm collecting my RCF next week and I'm more excited than is healthy for a grown man of my age. 😁

So the odds on 3 in the same postcode🤔 slim I guess.

Nearest I get is East Midlands Airport and that’s only in a Toyota Celsior.

Hey, yes I own the slightly noisey white one👍🏼. I do try and take my time on the estate as I know it does make a bit of a racket 😂.

Not a problem at all. The cars going in Monday morning to have a bit of trim fitted back on it and then back in to another garage Wednesday to have the original exhaust put back on and then to listers Lincoln on Friday to potentially trade it in 👍🏼. 
What year / colour did you go for ?

So, it was you who bought the last one at Lincoln. They had 3 to choose from at the tail end of summer.  I was deliberating on a couple of them. I think all 3 went in a space of 5 weeks. I ended up getting the one from Lexus Coventry last week. I traded in a 2014 IS250 F Sport that I had owned for 10 years..... extremely pleased with the purchase.

Yeah Lincoln had a couple that I was looking at along with the blue track edition at Lexus Liverpool. Lexus Liverpool wouldn’t move much on the price even though they have had it in stock for 15 months which is absolute madness from a main dealer. This track edition I ended up buying was originally well out of my price range but then after a couple of price reductions it was at a figure that normal rcf’s were selling and with it only having 6 miles on the clock and was pre registered literally 3 months earlier I had to do a deal . I’m so, so glad I bought it tbh.
What did you end up getting? Are you local at all?

Local yeah, Lincolnshire. I got a grey with black leather, sunroof registered 28/June with 900 miles. Like wise price reduction over a period of time and I made a lowball over and came to a reasonable agreement on price. Still blown away how good these cars are. Driving in Eco made feels tranquil and smooth .... blip the throttle and it roars like a spitfire. Only issue I have is the Lexus Link + app will kit communicate with the car.

Did your car come with locking wheel studs?? Mine didn't. Lexus have ordered under a warrant claim.

I’ve not really used the Lexus link app however I’m sure they said to use Lexus link and not Lexus link +. 
 

Ive just nipped outside and looked at my car and i also have no locking wheel nuts / studs however looking at 3 track editions on auto trader and Lexus.co.uk and they don’t have them either 🤷🏼‍♂️
