When I had my NX450h+ (now have an RX450h+) I charged it as and when required taking into account any forthcoming journeys planned. I could therefore go for days without needing to charge as I had only completed short local trips. In summer I was getting in excess of 50 miles in EV mode which drops significantly to high 30's in the depths of winter.

It's a great car- happy motoring!

I personally top up every other day, no hard rules, but it simply drives and responds better with the Battery having a decent useable EV range. As we move towards winter it’d be good practice to keep in at the higher end of its capacity, as Ken notes EV range tumbles in the cold (as do all PHEV/BEV) And let’s be honest.. it’s significantly cheaper driving in EV than hybrid only so why wouldn’t you…?
Enjoy.. the NX is a superb car and a wise choice..

Marita....as per Ken's comments above you should charge it when required. If you use all the EV miles each day then yes charge daily, but there's no technical need to do so.

I'm currently achieving about 47 miles on a full traction Battery but it has been above 50 during warmer weather. As mentioned there will be a big dip in EV range during colder weather.
