Charging Interrupted

Some weeks back I started to see my NX450h+ report 'Charging Interrupted' via the app. Nothing I could do would get me charging again until Podpoint reset my charger. This has happened on 4 or 5 occasions so Podpoint have replaced the charger.

So, on the first charge since the replacement my NX450h+ was happily charging away and then - 'Charging Interrupted'. Podpoint have informed me that the car initiated the disconnection.

What's interesting about this issue is that I've a feeling it's linked to trying to charge the car after a long journey where I've obviously been in Hybrid mode and the Battery level is low. I'll pop into my local Lexus garage tomorrow to see if there is an issue with my car or cable but have any of you experienced anything similar. After initially blaming my Podpoint I'm now beginning to think that it's the car.
