How to give feedback to Lexus directly?

Hi everyone,

Like many of you, as new (used) Lexus car owners we are not happy with the security of Lexus car and subsequently the astronomic insurance quotes.

So how do you give feedback to Lexus directly on these matters?

What is the best way to ensure your feedback is heard so that it is taken into account on fixes and future product developments?

I am looking for ideally a direct way to give them feedback?

Lexus dealerships would be part of the solution but ideally want to go directly to Lexus. Is there a way to get involved?
