I have been sent a paper questionnaire through the post from IPSOS on behalf of Lexus.  It's a New Car Buyer Survey (NCBS) and is very detailed.  I don't mind completing the NCBS, if it helps Lexus or future Lexus owners, but am always suspicious as to whether or not it is genuine.  They obviously have my name and address and the make/model I bought this year.

Any ideas?

Hi, yes I understand that it is genuine. I received one last year, ignored it and then got a second copy through the mail as a follow up. I checked with my dealer and got an affirmative answer.

Yes it is genuine. Got one after I took delivery of my NX450h in 2022 and again this year for the RX450h.

If you dont complete they do send a further copy.
