Lexus Link + App Anomaly

The “Vehicle Status’ section on my Lexus Link + App is registering as March ‘24 and will not update.  As a consequence it does not register recent driving performance.

I have tried deleting and reinstalling the App without success, attempted to re-register my Lexus UX on the App, and spoken with my local Lexus Dealership but the issue remains unresolved. I currently await further feedback from Lexus Customer Service.

Has anyone else experienced this problem?

The app often has hiccups. Wait a day or two and it may sort itself out. Otherwise you could write a diary of your road trips if you really need to know where you have been 🙃
