I recently made a EURO 2024 trip to Germany in the IS & recorded a decent MPG for the journey in my opinion as follows, does anyone agree?

distance travelled door to door driving 945 miles

gallons used 24

average based on 85% motorway (max 100mph) 10% urban & 5% traffic jams etc was 39mpg

 Just FYI....😴

IS200t mixed use averages 27/28 mpg. City use av 24. Motorway use av 35-38 at just under 70mph i.e. under 2000rpm. Obviously the car is geared for faster roads. I think 6th maybe normal top gear one to one drive and 7th and 8th are overdrives.

ISF mixed use with careful driving - 23mpg. Motorway approx 28 to 32 depending.

200t gets tesco momentum 99  but the cosseted ISF only likes V power.

BTW - not that anyone cares, the bike ( 1900cc V - twin ) does 55mpg!!!   And it goes like the clappers!
