Your geofence entries on the app will also trigger emails (once you drive away from that location) so maybe this is why you are still getting them.

I have set my distance to 500 metres as I found that the GPS location being reported by the device can sometimes be slightly out so I was getting "rogue" emails when the device (falsely) thought it was a street away from my home. A distance of 500 metres gives the device's alerting mechanism a bit more margin for error whilst still being vigilant.

Conversely, I have 2 geofence entries set up and am no longer getting any emails when I leave either location. This was working OK for the first few weeks since the install (I was always forgetting to turn them off in the app before driving so was getting emails each time) but they have now stopped all of a sudden. Tracker are investigating this for me and I await a response from them. Not a great start. Just thought I'd mention it for awareness for others - might be worthwhile checking the email trigger process occasionally.

Registration details received yesterday from Tracker UK via email.

Tracker Touch for Geofence etc installed by myself and working today - but I needed a call to Tracker UK for a secondary serial number to get the app registered and working.

Car came back to me with an empty Tracker box on the front seat with a plastic Tracker membership card (fill in your own details) and a note to say go online for a welcome pack (and that's where you'll find information about the Tracker Touch app.  If you want it.

No real complaints here. I mostly find it's par for the course nowadays for me to know more about things than the dealer does...

Thought you'd all love to know that when I informed my insurers LV= that the tracker had been fitted to my UX250h - and with over 6 months to go to the policy renewal date.........guess what?

Wait for it!  Wait for it!     Of course you guessed it...... they charged me an extra £1.52

Seriously, no word of a lie.  I had to hang up quickly before I said something I might later regret!
