Can You Withdraw from a Specific Thread?

Been a big fan and contributor of this forum for years.   However I want to ask if any long standing Post/Topic  can be marked in some way so as not to receive new posts.

Yes, if you click on your profile name in the top right, there is an option to manage followed content.

Otherwise if you visit the specific thread, there is a follow/following button at the top when you can change the settings.
