Hi,
I have Lexus CT200h, My hybrid battery is gone now, can you please guide me about any economical solution to resolve this problem?

I presume you never had the yearly Hybrid Battery check that extends the Battery warranty to 15years then?

The cheapest and most economic way is to fix it yourself, however it is very tedious and time consuming.
I bough my CT 200h a few months ago with the full expectation of having to do the Battery and I got the dreaded PA080 code only within a month of purchase.
I spend some time researching and then 2 weeks of work on the actual Battery (this involved removing the Battery, testing each module individually, restoring capacity, switching out the worst offenders, testing their capacity and then balancing).

All in all I spent ~£200 on the balance chargers and £355 on 14 new modules (out of the 28 I deemed 14 to be unacceptable).
In hindsight, I should've gotten a better balance charger OR just bought all 28 new modules and have them pre-balanced by the seller (some sellers do this on request) as it would've saved me loads of time.

If all of the above sounds too technical for you, the other options are to just buy a brand new Battery outright and have a garage fit it, however this will be quite a bit more expensive.

@diabolik to be fair, there is so much material on youtube that its really easy even for someone that's not very technical.
If you mean mpg, I get around 50-53.
Ironically I the mpg was slightly better before the Battery swap, but thats because I was much more light on the acceleration (protecting the hybrid battery) and had 0W30 oil.

I now have 0W50 and am a bit rougher on the pedal, but still have 50mpg.

If you mean the total mileage of car... Well its up there at 172k, but that was a thought through decision.
I wanted a Premier trim car but those are rather expensive with low miles and I am quite handy with the car so took the gamble at £5k and 170k miles

Common sence video.

I recommend using 0w20 oil and changing it and the filter every year. I do less than 5k miles per year and still think it's worth while.

Driving in sport mode all the time means the engine is more likely to get up to temperature, don't obsess about fuel economy, I still average 50mpg. In sport mode it switches to electric only mode when crawling through traffic in town anyway.

Hope that helps.
