How do I sort this App out?

For weeks now the Lexus Link + has been frozen on the Vehicle Status. Showing "Passenger door Open". Everything else updates ok (albeit a bit sluggish). To me the status is the most important bit. I can do without all the Eco crap.

Dealer has been helpful but unable to sort. Made one attempt to contact Lexus, recorded message said "Lexus Link+ issues should be emailed and to allow 21 days for a reply! 

Has anybody else had issues? ( Car only 10 weeks old ).

 You could try re installing the app.

Or sign out and then back in again.

Chris.. You Were Asking If Anybody else has had issues With This App.. Well The Answer Is EVERBODY....!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Lexus still Haven,t resolved all the issues with this App..The Resolution That will fix all The Problems are Coming on The Slow Boat..!!
