TPMS sensors

Hello everyone,

I am already looking for winter tires on rims.
As far as I know, the LBX uses TPMS sensors. I have already searched the internet but can't find which ones are exactly suitable and how to activate them. I have read that sometimes this has to be done with an OBD adapter?

Does anyone have experience with this?

Also struggling to get info on winter tyres and alloy rims. I believe the only option currently is the main Lexus dealer which will cost a lot. Hoping that with time as more owners request these that the high street rim and wheel folk have them available to buy at a good rate. I am sure you can program the new winter set with TPMS (as long as they compatible I suppose with the car). Under car settings menu, then tyre pressure submenu, there is an option to select "new tyre registration" which I am sure is geared toward winter tyre and rim set.

Exactly this: which are compatible? 300 MHz or 434 MHz or doesn't it matter?

A quick Google comes up with 433MHz

The complete procedure is detailed starting on page 455 of the owner's handbook. One can register two sets of wheels to the car for easy swapping between summer and winter sets

Well i am still on the search for correct tpms sensors.

According to my Lexus dealer is should be partnumber 42607-52070 (= € 240 each!!), however according to the pricelist of Lexus Deutschland it should be:  42607-02070 ; these can be found for less then €200 (4 pieces!).

What is wise....?
