Has anyone done a 6000 mile wheel rotation on a 2022 ES300h?

If yes, how is it done with one jack and no spare wheel.

The owners manual only says rotate front to back diagonally with no method.

I have search the internet from top to bottom without success.

Every car I have ever had says that in the manual, they don't do it as part of the service so I can't really see the point.

Yes the tyres on the driven wheels will wear a bit quicker, no big deal really.

Wouldn't bother. If you do it, all 4 tyres will need replacing at the same time. If you leave alone, only the driven wheels will need doing.

General consensus/best practice is to always have best wheels in the rear. As ES is FWD car, that means rotating tyres doesn't really work - inevitably after a while you would be putting more worn down front tyres to the rear.

Instead on FWD cars the process is - wear down front tyres until they need replacement, then put new tyres on the rear and old rear tyres on the front. Unless all 4 needs replacement, in which case the answer is kind of obvious.

I personally would want to replace tyres just below 3mm, around 3mm I would start looking for replacement and probably I would get them done before they reach 2.5mm (3mm is considered the point where 80% of aquaplaning resistance and general wet driving performance is lost). If at the time of front replacement rears still have more than 5mm, then I would do as I said above - old rear to the front, brand new tyres to the rear. But if they are say 3.5mm, then probably all 4 tyres should be replaced.
